Track 04 · Workshops

Half-day and full-day intensives.

Pre-built workshops Corrina runs for teams who need a focused, hands-on session. Not a coaching engagement. Customized to your industry and audience.

Who this is for

The operators we do this work with.

  • 01 Teams of 4 to 50 who need a focused day on a specific operating problem
  • 02 Companies bringing remote teams together for a quarterly offsite
  • 03 Conferences and associations programming a half-day deep-dive
  • 04 Owners who want to give their team the inventory pass before deciding what's next
What we actually do

Three phases. In order.

  1. Format 1

Scaling Without Chaos · 4 hours

Hands-on operations audit. Teams identify bottlenecks, map current workflow, design scalable processes, and walk away with a delegation framework. Best for ownership teams.

  2. Format 2

    Unreasonable Hospitality · 4 to 8 hours

Customer-journey mapping plus 'wow moment' design. Teams build their own service-excellence playbook in the room. Best for client-facing teams.

  3. Format 3

    Inventory-First Audit · 8 hours

The flagship Corrina runs with new coaching clients in week one. Time, energy, money, talent. What's walking out. Includes the four-quadrant worksheet and a 90-day plan tailored to the team in the room.

Teams leave with documented frameworks they can use Monday. Not a stack of slides nobody opens again.

The next move

Your next chapter starts with one conversation.

Discovery calls are 30 minutes. Diagnostic, not pitch. You'll walk away with at least one specific thing you can do this week. Whether you ever hire her or not.
